Note that each climber must pay the costs associated with the climb (including air fare) and meet specific fundraising goals. It is not necessary to have previous climbing experience - any person in good health and very good physical condition, with a positive mental attitude, can make the climb. Everyone who signs on will benefit from a structured training program and experienced guides focused on safety throughout the climb.
